Privacy Policy

Chromatech Europe BV, further referred to as the Company, is processing data of her stakeholders. The Company acknowledges its stakeholders’ right of privacy and will do her utmost to protect all personal data in all of her relevant data processing activities in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Any processing of personal data held by the Company is strictly compliant with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and necessity, in order to provide you with an adequate protection of your rights.

Sharing of Data

The Company only shares the necessary data with parties hired by the Company f.e. to deliver the ordered products and with parties with whom the Company is obliged by law to share the data with. If the Company uses third parties to process personal data (f.e. salary administration), the Company will make sure that your privacy is guaranteed by putting a contract in place.

Purposes of the processed data

The data we process will be used for the following purposes:

1. Fulfilment of pre-contractual and contractual obligations set forth by any relevant agreement
2. Carrying administrative and management activity for the fulfilment of the relevant tax, accounting and any other obligation provided by the current legislation
3. Communication by email or telephone to resolve any ambiguity in a relevant agreement

Storage of data

Your data will be stored as both in paper files and in an electric data storage. Both storages are duly secured. For electric data we use firewalls and passwords protected entry into our ERP system. Paper files are stored in locked cabinets. Furthermore our premises are only freely accessible to our employees.

The Company will store your data for as long as there is a professional relationship with the Company. When this relationship ends, the Company will store your data in accordance with legal deadlines.

Your Rights
